Annual catch-and-release carp tournament for kids age 11-18 on the shores of the mighty St. Lawrence River from Ogdensburg to Massena NY - held each August - features two days of fishing with one pre-tournament day of 'carp school' to learn techniques, rigging, baiting, safety and environmental awareness.
