This is Capt. C.M.Frank talking about fishing and Port 'A' Bay Charters. I'm originally from San Antonio, but, have been a resident of Port 'A' since 1978. I've been fishing down here since I was a kid and had my captain's license since 1982. I've been a guide in Port Aransas for 20 years plus, so I know a little bit about fishing.
