Strathglass fishing is based in the village of Cannich 30 miles west of Inverness and close to Loch Ness. The rivers and lochs of the surrounding glens are historically famous for wild brown trout and Atlantic Salmon fishing. Set amidst some of Scotland's most spectacular scenery Glen Affric has recently been awarded national nature reserve status and we offer fishing on Loch Benevean in the heart of the reserve. This loch has a fifteen mile shoreline and is dotted with picturesque islands clad with native caledonian pine trees and offers stunning views of the highest mountain range in the northwest highlands. |
